Will guests know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. In its first sentence the receptionist says it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. You can hear it in the demo above.
Does it take payments?
No. It never takes payment and never confirms a booking. It collects the details, reads them back to the guest, and sends a booking request to your staff, who approve or decline it.
What if it is asked something it doesn't know?
It only answers from your hotel's profile (and, soon, your price list). If something is missing it says so, offers to pass the question on, and creates a callback request for your staff.
Which languages does it speak?
It answers in the language the guest speaks and can switch during the call. Quality differs by language and we do not guarantee every language yet. Try German or Turkish in the demo.
Where is my data stored?
Call transcripts, booking requests and early-access form submissions are stored in our database in Ireland (EU). Calls are recorded and processed by our speech provider, ElevenLabs, whose standard data hosting is in the United States. Recordings are kept for 30 days at the provider and transcripts for 90 days in our database. See the privacy notice for details.
